  • Focus

    Our user research services focus on understanding users' needs, behaviors, pain points, and thought processes; particularly with respect to how they perform tasks or interact with products and businesses like the one you may be seeking to launch or improve.

    User research should be performed early on in software development to create user journeys and a sufficient level of validation. User research should also happen both throughout and after development to test and iterate on designs and features with testing methods like usability studies and surveys.
